With over 27 years of experience in residential homebuilding and development, Paul Dickson has built a reputation as a trusted builder across Houston and throughout Texas. As President of HD Construction, Paul brings a unique combination of financial expertise and hands-on construction experience to every project.
From custom homes in West University to multi-unit developments in Hyde Park and affordable housing for first-time buyers, Paul has successfully delivered a wide range of residential projects. Whether leading a ground-up custom build, managing a large-scale development, or consulting with other builders, his focus remains the same—quality construction, efficient execution, and strong client relationships.
Paul’s background as a former accountant, combined with his MBA, gives him a disciplined, results-driven approach to budgeting, scheduling, and project management—ensuring every project is delivered with precision and accountability.
